Your Google data, and what we do with it.
What we access
For Gmail, one Google permission: read, compose and send email. It cannot permanently delete mail, and we request no other Google data for this feature. For Outlook: Mail.ReadWrite, Mail.Send, User.Read and offline_access.
How we use it
Only to provide the features on this page to you, and to the teammates you choose to share a thread with.
What we never do
We do not sell your mail, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. People at TourCntrl do not read it, except with your permission, for security, or to comply with the law.
Disconnect and delete
Disconnecting a mailbox revokes our access and deletes the mail TourCntrl stored, unless you choose to keep it for 30 days. You can delete all your stored mail at any time from CRM › Email › Accounts.
TourCntrl’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
